A this year's AM Live, we had the opportunity to connect in person with our industry colleagues and prospective customers and introduce them to our team of industry specialists who are currently out in the field, consulting with dealers and dealer groups and helping them to get the most out of their DMS and improve their processes. From project management support to overhauling IT systems, our expert consultants are called upon to help dealers across the UK to make their businesses more efficient and more profitable.
In addition, our sister company, AI Assistant, was on hand to showcase its robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial technology (AI) products which have been designed to maximise the potential of a dealer’s data, actively nurture leads and provide a more responsive and rewarding customer communication strategy.
Here at KCS, we live and breathe the automotive industry and are constantly working on developing solutions that will help dealers to overcome challenges and to work smarter.
