‘pepper’ who am I?
I’m ‘pepper’ from Kelk Consulting & Services. I perform the boring, repetitive tasks in your dealer management software that a valuable member of staff spends time doing. They may think they are boring and soul-destroying; I love them!
Pepper (that’s me!) is part of your team and I’m a ‘complete finisher’. I will perform many of the tasks in your DMS that are carried out by temporary staff or new starts.
More about pepper
KCS don’t see ‘pepper’ as a replacement for jobs or people. However, by reducing the number of repetitive and perceived ‘dull’ tasks, I would allow employees to action and complete more interesting work and be in front of your customers.
Removing the ‘dull’ stuff ultimately improves job satisfaction and job stimulation and possibly takes errors away from repetitive tasks.
What can pepper do?
I can handle many of the automated tasked within your dealership such as:
- Update MOT dates
- OEM lead management
- Take any captured GDPR preferences and update them in the DMS
..and many more. If you have an automated task, I can be taught how to complete it.
‘Since adopting ‘pepper’ in early December, over 3300 MOT Dates have been automatically updated, making the frontline and centralised bookings team more efficient. Prior to adopting ‘pepper’ our group MOT conversion rate from opportunity presented was 28% (22ndFeb, 2018 to 9thDec, 2018). Since switching on ‘pepper’on 10thDec 2018, our MOT conversion rate from opportunity has increased to 47%. This is a significant step forward for the group and it is already making a return on the bottom line.’
Jonathan Robbins, Group CRM Manager at Dick Lovett BMW
Once I’m installed in your dealership, I can be integrated into any area of the business that has a repetitive set of tasks or instructions. These can be in Aftersales, Accounts, Web or Internet tasks.
